DAY 2: PHUENTSHOLING TO THIMPU TRANSFER VIA PHUENTSHOLING (172km-6hrs)
After breakfast, meet your tour Guide and complete the immigration formalities. Drive to Thimphu (Approx. 6 hrs from Phuentsholing) Stop en route for scenic spots: Chuzom (river confluence) Tachogang Lhakhang (Iron Chain Bridge) Check in at the hotel and relax Evening walk around Thimphu town and Clock Tower Square Overnight in Thimphu
DAY 3: THIMPHU SIGHTSEEING

DAY 4: (THIMPHU TO PARO Via PUNAKHA &B DOCHULA PASS (66km-3hrs)
After breakfast Embark on a picturesque journey from Thimphu to Punakha, covering 73kilometersin approximately 3hours Drive via Dochula Pass (3,100m) with views of 108 chortens and Himalayan peaks Sightseeing in Punakha: Punakha Dzong – architectural masterpiece at river confluence Suspension Bridge – scenic and adventurous Chimi Lhakhang – fertility temple (optional short walk) Overnight in Paro
DAY 5: PARO - CHELELA PASS SIGHT SEEING OR TIGER’S NEST HIKE
After breakfast start your day for sightseeing, you have the option of any of the two Tiger’s Nest – Hiking of 6.4 Kms. The Trek offers a mesmerizing view of the Paro Valley OR Chelela Pass – Located at approximately 13000 ft between the valley of Paro and Haa, Chelela Pass is the highest motorable Road pass in Bhutan. Over Night at Paro After breakfast start your day for sightseeing, you have the option of any of the two Tiger’s Nest – Hiking of 6.4 Kms. DAY 7 : DROP AT BAGDOGRA (IXB)/NJP & BID GOODBYE
After breakfast start your journey back to Bagdogra/NJP and bid Goodbye with Sweet Bhutan Memories

Soft Advice to Guests
It is always advisable to contact the hotel reception in case of any maintenance/ housekeeping /Food issues to get the matter resolved.
• It is advisable to contact the driver directly for pick up/ sightseeing tour/ check out as the case may be.
Choice of Vehicle
We provide vehicles as Budget or Standard category or Luxury category. We cannot guarantee you of a particular vehicle as Wagon R in Small category or Bolero in Standard category or Innova in Luxury category, although if you are comfortable or obsessed with any particular vehicle, let us know from the beginning and we will try our best to provide you the same.
Vehicle Allotment System
The vehicle used for your entire tour will be strictly on Point to Point Basis. In any circumstances vehicle will not be provided on Disposal Basis. Vehicle will be changed almost everyday. We will SMS you driver and vehicle details two hours prior to your pick up time.
AC and Its Uses (on Request and at extra cost)
In plains or the vehicle is plying downhill from any hilly area, AC will be can be used, but while going uphill or plying in hilly areas AC will strictly be used as per drivers instruction and his comfort of driving. Sometimes paying or willingness to pay extra for the AC will not be entertained.
Timing
For any sightseeing it may be half day or full day or any excursion to any place, time mentioned in proposal is from vehicle reporting time.
In Half day/Full day Sightseeing we always mention maximum points can be covered /visited in that period. It is up to you how many points you can cover in that time.
Cancellation of Tours under compulsion
If any Sightseeing places are closed due to any reason or cannot visit any sightseeing place for any reason whatsoever on the scheduled day, it cannot be covered next day under any circumstances.
The Company is not responsible for any tour cancelled due to bad weather condition, natural calamity, political issues, strike or any other issues which are not under the control of the Company. Therefore, no refund will be made for such conditions whatsoever.
Non Applicable Refund/Discount
• No discount will be provided after confirmation of the Trip.
Change of Day
If any Sightseeing places are closed due to any reason or can not visit any sightseeing place for any reason whatsoever on the scheduled day, it cannot be covered next day in any circumstances.
Change of Route
In the event of change of route for any reason such as Landslide, Strike, Political problems etc. at the time of transfer from one place to another, guest has to pay for the change of route directly to the driver in cash.
Allotment of hotels
The hotel mentioned in the itinerary may change subject to the availability at the time of confirmation. The name of the hotels mentioned in the itinerary is/are for an idea of the hotel type only, and is not a final one.
We can't guarantee in regard to the floor specifications, valley view room or any other special requirements if any. However, we will definitely assure to provide the basic facilities in the room allotted finally in the hotels during the tour.
In Hill station you cannot match facilities and services of Hotels to developed Destinations.
Alteration of itinerary
If at any point of time, you need any alteration in your itinerary, you are requested to contact your concerned tour manager/ customer care executive for the changes and its charges if any. You are requested not to make any changes in your itinerary without your concerned tour manager/ customer care executives knowledge.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are to be communicated in writing.
From Date of booking –
30 days only Professional Fess of Rs 1000.00 per person
29 -15 Days prior to departure 25% of tour cost
14 -07 Days prior to departure 50% of tour cost
07- 03 Days prior to departure 75% of tour cost
02 Days/No show 100% of tour cost
Payment Procedure
To confirm the booking - Atleast 50% of the total package cost
On the day of arrival – Rest Amount Before Starting for Thimpu or second Day before processing Bhutan Permit
Prohibition of services
In case of nonpayment / part payment, pick up / hotel check in/ Sightseeing tours / Hotel check out will be strictly prohibited as the case may be.
Payments will be accepted only through Bank Transfer, UPI and Credit Card. We discourage transaction in cash.
